【摘要】 目的 总结青光眼术后浅前房形成的常见原因及处理方法。 方法 回顾性分析71例100眼抗青光眼术后发生浅前房的情况、原因及处理方法。 结果 32眼发生浅前房，发生率为32%。浅前房发生的时间在术后1～13d，其中房水滤过过强21眼(65.6%)，脉络膜睫状体脱离8眼(25%)，结膜漏3眼(9.4%)。需要手术干预才能恢复前房2眼，其余均通过非手术疗法恢复。 结论 青光眼术后浅前房发生率高，其最常见的原因是房水滤过过强。大多数浅前房可通过非手术疗法恢复。必要时须采取手术干预。
