【摘要】 目的 探讨腹股沟疝治疗的新方法。 方法 总结自2001年3月～2004年9月对56例腹股沟疝的病人采用无张力疝片进行腹股沟疝修补术。 结果 56例病人手术均成功，术后疼痛小，无腹股沟紧缩感，随访病人无一例复发。 结论 利用无张力疝片进行腹股沟疝修补术，因其损伤小、手术时间短、痛苦小、恢复快、低复发率，易被病人接受。
