【摘要】 目的 观察钙拮抗剂硫氮唑酮(diltiazem，Dil)减少肾移植受者环孢素A(cyclosporin A，CsA)用量、改善肾功能的长期效果。 方法 Dil用于105例服用CsA的肾移植受者，以同期98例受者为对照组，调整两组CsA血浓度在治疗窗范围内，观察两组用药后5年CsA用量和肾功能变化。 结果 术后第1、2、3、4、5年Dil组每例CsA用量平均较对照组少15441mg、9844mg、7346mg、6875mg和6317mg;术后第1、2年两组的血肌酐水平差异无显著性，第3、4、5年Dil组血肌酐为(196.2±66.1)μmol/L、(236.3±78.6)μmol/L和(286.2±99.1)μmol/L，明显低于同期对照组的(234.6±77.3)μmol/L、(293.2±103.5)μmol/L和(341.7±138.4)μmol/L(P<0.05)。 结论 Dil可明显减少肾移植受者的CsA用量，长期应用对移植肾功能具有保护作用。
