【摘要】 当前，部队医院面临着市场经济的冲击和卫生体制变革，医院除了保障部队外;还有一个自我发展的问题。肩担着国家的卫勤保障和立足市场经济的双重重担，我院取得了很大的成功，本文以我院为例，总结成功的经验，引发一些思考与启发，为军队医院的发展提供一些建设经验。
