【摘要】 目的 通过观察犬下颌骨骨折不同内固定后不同时期组织学及骨愈合强度的变化，对加压促进骨愈合的机制进行初步探讨。 方法 采用自身对照的方法，对12只狗下颌骨两侧体部造成人工骨折后，分别采用加压钢板及微型钢板做内固定，术后2、4、6、8周通过三点弯曲力学实验，结合组织学检查，分析了加压钢板固定侧与微型钢板固定侧骨愈合过程中愈合强度的变化。 结果 在2周、4周时，加压钢板内固定比微型钢板内固定的骨愈合强度要高(P<0.01);而在6周时，差异则不明显(P<0.01)。 结论 在骨折愈合早期，加压钢板固定侧的骨愈合强度明显高于微型钢板固定侧。
