【摘要】 目的 探讨肺转移瘤外科治疗的临床效果。 方法 回顾性分析本院31例经外科手术切除的肺转移瘤。 结果 31例肺转移瘤患者，术后第1、3、5、10年生存率分别为74.2%、45.2%、29.0%、12.9%。 结论 肺转移瘤手术切除是有效的治疗方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the operative treatment of metastatic tumor of lung.Methods The thera-peutic result of31cases operated on from January1992to July2002was reviewed retrospectively.Results Survival rate of31patients postoperative in the1st，3rd，5th，10th year were74.2%，45.2%，29.0%，12.9%respectively.Conclusion Operation is effective treatment in metastatic tumor of lung.
