【Abstract】 This study showed that medical safety is the focal point work to set up sincere hospital.Firstly，search safety from sincere，and gain sincere from medical safety.Secondly，build the character of sincere，promote the hospital overall development.In the second year(2003)，during building sincere hospital，our hospital was appraised as one of the first group sincere hospitals.
