【摘要】 目的 探讨急性脑卒中偏瘫患者早期康复干预对患者日常生活能力(ADL)的影响。 方法 将120例急性脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分成两组，即康复护理组和临床护理组(对照组)两组，康复护理组给患者神经内科常规治疗，为患者制订康复护理计划，进行综合康复护理;对照组给予神经内科常规治疗和一般临床护理。采用Barthel指数对患者进行护理前后评定。 结果 早期介入康复护理Barthel指数康复护理组较对照组明显提高(P<0.01)。 结论 早期给予康复护理干预可以明显改善急性脑卒中患者ADL。
