摘 要 目的 为了探讨地塞米松对实验性变态反应性神经炎(EAN)小鼠胸腺细胞的影响。方法 应用原位末端标记法和电镜检测EAN小鼠胸腺细胞的凋亡。结果 以上两种方法均发现地塞米松处理组胸腺细胞凋亡率明显高于自然病程组和正常对照组。结论 地塞米松可明显增强EAN小鼠胸腺细胞凋亡。

Abstract Objective Toinvestigate the roles of the dexamethasone DXM on thymocyte apoptosis in kunming mice withacute experimental allergic neuritis (EAN).Methods Using in situ endlabeling (ISEL) techniques,electron microscopy,We investigated the effects thedexamethasone on thymocyte apoptosis among EAN group,DXM group and control group.Result ByISEL investigations,it is revealed that the apoptotic rate of DXM group is highest ofthree groups (P<0.01).These thymocytes appeared an outstanding “apopotic change”underelectron microscopy.Conclusions DXM can enhance thymocyte apoptosis in EAN mice.
