摘要 目的：了解依那普利、硝苯地平缓释片、吲达帕胺对高血压左心室构型的影响。方法：应用超声心动图测定上述药物治疗前后左心室的构型变化。结果：依那普利并硝苯地平组对高血压左心室构型的逆转效果较好。结论：各种左心室构型在该疾病治疗中可能相互转化，而向心性重构是防止心脏损害加重的关键阶段。

    left ventricle in patients with essential hypertension

Abstract Objective:To study the effect ofEnalapril,Nifedipine delayed-released tablet and Indapamide on the pattern's of left ventricle(PLV) in essential hypertension(EH).Methods:The PLV in the patients of EH weresurveied by 2-dimensional Echocardiography before and after the treatment.Results:Thegroup of patients taking Enalapril and Nifedipine delayed-release tablet had more effecton regressing PLV in EH.Conclusion:Each stage of PLV may transform to the other during thetreatment,and concentric remodeling is the key stage in preventing the damage of the heartfrom deteriorating.
