提 要 用均匀设计分析大承气汤的配伍规律，发现大黄、芒硝和厚朴是其泻下作用的主要成分，枳实在诸多方面作用不强。大黄和厚朴可明显增加小鼠排便数并明显提高大鼠大肠的推进速率。厚朴、芒硝可明显提高小鼠肠套叠的解除率，大黄作用相对弱些。大黄芒硝可明显减少小鼠有形粪便排出量，但却明显提高大鼠大肠推进速率，增加腹泻小鼠的数量，并明显扩张小鼠小肠容积。

Da Chengqi Tang, composed of Rhubarb (A),Mirabilite (B),Immature bitter orange(C) and Magnolia bark(D),is one of purgative prescriptions. The compatible properties of this recipe were explored by experimental researches with uniform design. The results show that A,B and D act as principal drug to expel large intestine of rat (Y=13.1151+2.1250B² +1.4726D+2.1816A-3.0467B), that A,D and C possess the effect of purging stool but B inversely (Y＝4.5291+0.3763A-0.5357B+0.1986C+0.2458D), that B is used to increase the water inside intestine softening hard mass (Y＝0.8723+0.3510B-0.0394B² +0.0115D+0.0046C) and to increase the mice numbers of diarrhea (Y＝-0.270+3.8985B+0.0234C-0.3558B² -0.1531A). These results match with those of orthogonal design. A new result was found that B has an optimal dose which was not found by orthogonal design. These experiment showed that uniform design is availability in analysising the compatible properties of TCM prescription.
