【摘要】 目的 观察高血压病患者蒙诺治疗前后血浆纤维蛋白原[Fbg]和血清钾浓度的变化。方法 采用热沉淀比浊法和全自动生化分析仪分别测定23例正常人和53例高血压病患者蒙诺治疗前和治疗12周后的血浆Fbg和血清钾浓度。结果 治疗前高血压病患者的血浆Fbg浓度明显高于正常人[(4.32±0.46)g. L-1 比(3.5±0.34)g. L-1 ，P<0.01]，而血清钾浓度测明显低于正常人[(3.5±0.34)mmol. L-1 比(3.7±0.284) mmol. L-1 ，P<0.01]，蒙诺治疗后血浆Fbg浓度降到[(3.24±0.35) g. L-1 ，P<0.01]而血清钾浓度测无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论 高血压病患者血浆Fbg升高而血清钾浓度偏低，蒙诺在降低血压的同时降低血浆Fbg水平，但对血清钾浓度影响不大。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of plasma fibrinogen and serum K+ concentrations in patients with essential hypertension before and after antihypertensive treatment.Methods Plasma fibrinogen and serum K+ concentrations were measured with thermocoprecipitation turbidimetry and automatic biochemical analysis apparatus in 23 healthy controls and 53 patients with essential hypertension before and after treatment of 12 weeks with monopril.Results The baseline concentrations of plasma fibrinogen were significantly higher in hypertensive patients than those in controls [(4.32±0.46)g.
