提 要 运用血清药理学方法,取新生小鼠大脑皮层进行体外神经细胞培养,建立离体的神经细胞谷氨酸损伤模型,通过形态学观察、MTT自动微量法研究“李氏5号方”对原代培养皮层神经细胞谷氨酸损伤的影响。研究结果表明“李氏5号方”水煎剂(含挥发油成分)虽能抑制原代培养皮层神经细胞损伤,但作用不显著,而“李氏5号方”含药血清则能不同程度地抑制谷氨酸介导的神经损伤,并呈剂量依赖性。提示“李氏5号方”可拮抗兴奋性氨基酸神经毒性。
Protective Effects of Li's No.5 on Glutamate Excitotoxicity on Primary Cultured Cortical Neurons by Serum Pharmacological Test

By morphological identification,colorimetric MTT assay, we observed the protective effects of Li's No.5 on glutamate excitotoxicity on primary cultured cortical neurons.The results showed that the serum with Li's No.5 could significantly decreased the mortality rate of the neurons in dose-dependent manner,while the extract (including distilled oil) added into the medium directly could not.It is suggested that Li's No.5 could antogonize the neurotoxicity of exicitatory amino acid.
