提要 本文采用两种不同方法合成N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPA),并以此单体与交联剂和引发剂等合成聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(PNIPA)。并对凝胶性质作研究,实验证明PINPA的相变温度33℃左右,能保持物质的生理活性,在生物、医学方面有极高的利用价值。

Abstract N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPA) were synthesized by two different ways. poly N-Isopropyl acrylamide(PNIPA) was synthesized with the monomer of NIPA, cross linking agent and initialor et al.We studied on the property of jelly. The results showed that the phase change temperatureof PNIPA is about 33℃ in which PINPA kept its physilogical activity. It is very valuablein the utilization in the biology and medicine.
