摘 要： 采用椎弓根钉槽形钢板内固定治疗20例胸腰椎骨折并截瘫患者。术后经半年至2年随访，全部病例后突畸形基本纠正，7例骨折脱位获得良好复位，合并脊髓损伤也有不同程度恢复。笔者对该装置的复位固定机理进行分析，认为此固定器能对脊柱三维矫形与固定符合脊柱生物力学要求，是一种理想的内固定器。强调掌握正确进钉点、方向及手感是手术成功关键。

Abstract ： To adopt the internalfixation of nailing trough steel plate into pedicle of vertebral arch to treat 20 cases offracture of thoracolumbar vertebrae combined with paraplegia.Postoperative 1/2 ～ 1 year follow-up showed that thedeformity of posterior process was corrected basically of all the cases,fracture anddislocation of 7 cases were properly reduced,and spinal cord injury showed differentdegrees of recovery.The mechanism of reposition and fixation of this apparatus wasanalysed.The authors consider that this fixator shows three-dimension orthopedics andfixation for the spine,conforming to the requirement of spine biomechanics,it is an idealinternal fixator.To master the proper needle insertion point,direction and handfeel is thekey of successful operation.
