提要本研究观察了米非司酮对孕7周内及孕7-9周子宫蜕膜和绒毛的影响，发现米非司酮可引起子宫绒毛血管损伤，绒毛变性，且孕7周内及孕7-9周无明显差异。

The effects of mifepristone on themorphologic features of decidual tissues and villi

Abstract 24 women were dividedinto two groups according to different gestation weeks (less than 7 weeks gestation groupand 7～9 weeks gestation group). Further, each group was randomly divided into twosubgroups: mifepristone treatment group and control group. The pathologic changes showeddegeneration and necrosis of villi and damage to blood vessels of villi in both treatmentgroups. No differences existed between these two treatment groups.
