摘要：应用益妇止血丸治疗脾气虚所致之月经过多或经期延长的妇女315例，并用补中益气丸作对照治疗99例。结果表明，治疗组总有效率为94.60%，与对照组总有效率44.44%比较，有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。同时还发现该药对因节育环副作用所致的子宫出血也有显著的疗效。

Yifuzhixue Pill for the Treatment of Menorrhagia:A clinical Report of 315 Cases

Abstract :Yifuzhixue Pill(YFZX) was used to treat 315 cases with menorrhagia and menostaxis induced by deficiency of spleen-qi and Buzhongyiqi Pill to treat 99 cases as control. The results showed that the overall effective rate were 94.60% in the YFZX group and 44.44% in control group respectively,the difference being statistically significant (P<0.01).Meanwhile,YFZX Pill is also effective in the treatment of metrorrhagia induced by intrauterine device.
