摘要 目的 :了解粘放菌两种菌毛在粘附牙面和与血链球菌34凝集中的生物活性。方法 :采用粘放菌Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型菌毛提取物及两种抗菌毛抗体,通过它们对粘放菌粘附唾液包被的羟磷灰石(SHA)的抑制实验来判断两种菌毛的粘附活性,通过粘放菌与血链球菌34的凝集实验及两种抗菌毛抗体对凝集反应的抑制实验来确定两种菌毛的凝集活性。结果 :①粘放菌Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型菌毛提取物及两种抗菌毛抗体均能抑制粘放菌对SHA的粘附;②只有Ⅱ型菌毛能间接引起肉眼可见的血链球菌34的凝集反应,抗Ⅱ型菌毛抗体能抑制凝集反应,抗Ⅰ型菌毛抗体无此抑制作用。结论 :Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型菌毛均有粘附性能;Ⅱ型菌毛有凝集性能,Ⅰ型菌毛无凝集性能;本课题所采用的菌毛分离法未破坏菌毛的生物活性。

Abstract Objective : Toinvestigate the adherence activity of two types of fimbriae of A.viscosus on tooth surfaceor with S.sanguis 34. Methods : The inhibited adherence tests,coaggregation tests and the inhibited coaggregation tests were done. Results : ①The purified type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ fimbriae inhibited the adherence of A.viscosus to salivary-treated hydroxyapatite (SHA) and the two specific IgG to type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ fimbriae blocked the adsorption of strainT14V, strain 5519 and strain 5951 to SHA; ②Only type Ⅱ fimbria indirectly mediated the visible agglutintion of S. sanguis 34 and only IgG to type Ⅱ fimbriae inhibited coaggregation of strain T14V and strain 5915with S. sanguis 34. Conclusion : Type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ fimbriae have adherence ability, and only type Ⅱ fimbria has the agglutinationactivity. Additionally, the methods which were used to prepare fimbriae don't damage thebiological activity of fimbriae.
