摘要： 目的：为提高临床科研设计水平，对中国有关老年疾病的临床研究状况进行初步调查。方法：根据EBM标准，对近3年来中华老年医学杂志的临床研究中的病因、诊断、治疗和预后研究进行评价。结果：我国有严格设计的论著数量不多，质量较差，亟待改进。结论：加强临床医生科研设计的学习和培训，刻不容缓。

Abstract： Objective：Toevaluate the clinical researches of geriatric diseases and investigate the currentsituation of studies in the geriatric field and reliability of these evidences inChina.Methods：The clinical researches of Chinese Journal of Geriatrics in the recent3years were assessed according to the international standard.Results：The quantity andquality of these studies were from satiafaction,they could not meet the clinicalneed.Conclusion：Learning and training the DME of clinical epidemiology of geriatricdiseases are in urgent need.
