【摘要】 目的 通过本次研究找出男女性别与儿童意外伤害发生是否存在关系。方法 采用Meta-分析对国内外8个调查人群进行综合定量分析研究。结果 男孩的意外伤害发生率高于女孩，性别与儿童伤害的发生中度相关，OR值为1.58(95%CI：1.34～1.86)。结论 在采取措施防止儿童意外伤害时应考虑性别差异。

A meta-analysis of genderand injury among children

【Abstract】 Objective To find therelation between gender and accidental injuries among 0～14-year-old children. Methods Weanalyzed 8 studies in this paper by means of Meta-analysis. Results Showedthat males generally had a higher incidence than females. There was statisticallysignificant correlation between gender and accidental injuries among children. The pooledOR was 1.58 (95% CI:1.34～1.86). Results There was mediumdose-response relation between gender and accidental injuries among 0～14-year-oldchildren. Condusion We should take the effect of gender into account ifwe adopt measures to prevent accidental injuries of children.
