摘要 利用自研制的胎盘免疫调节因子(PIF)治疗头颈部恶性肿瘤62例。观察PIF对病人T细胞亚群和NK细胞活性的影响。结果显示，经PIF治疗后治疗组病人的外周血CD₃ 、CD₄ 、CD₄ /CD₈ 比值及NK细胞活性均明显增高，CD₈ 降低。揭示PIF能提高头颈部恶性肿瘤病人的细胞免疫功能。

Effect of placental immunoregulating factor on cell immunological function of patients with head-neck malignant tumor

Abstract Placental immunoregulating factor(PIF) was used to treat 62 cases of patients with head-neck malignant tumor. The effect on T-cell subsets and NK cells activity of these patients was observed.The results showed that after PIF treatment,the NK cells activity,the CD⁺ ₃ cells,the CD⁺ ₄ cells and CD⁺ ₃ /CD⁺ ₄ ratio in the peripheral blood of treating group patients significantly increased.The result indicates that PIF can obviously promote the immunological function of patients with head-neck malignant tumor.
