【摘要】目的 探讨周围型肺癌中P16蛋白的 表达及与CT表现的关系。 材料与方法 对57例经手术病理证实的周围型肺癌患者 进行胸部CT扫描,并应用免疫组化技术SABC法对全部手术切除标本进行P16蛋白检测。 结果 肺癌组织中P16蛋白阳性表达率(50.9%)明显低于 癌旁正常肺组织(93%)(P<0.01),且同时随肿瘤分化程度的降低而明显降低(P<0.01)。在CT表现中,当肿瘤直径>3cm,出现深分叶、棘突征、瘤体邻近胸膜下脂肪 线消失或纵隔淋巴结增大者,其P16蛋白阳性表达率显著减少(P<0.01) 。 结论 P16蛋白表达缺失与周围型肺癌的发生、恶性 增殖、分化及CT表现有关。
Correlation Study of P16 Protein Expression and CT Features i n Peripheral Pulmonary Carcinoma

【Abstract】Objective To study the significance of P16 gene and the relationship between P16 protein expression and CT findings in peri pheral pulmonary carcinoma (PPC). Materials and Methods CT scan was performed in 57 patients with pathologically-proved PPC, and the P16 protein expression level of the tumor specimens was estimated with immunohistochemical SABC method. Results P16 protein positive expression rate of P PC specimens was 50.9%, which was significantly lower than that of the adjacent normal lung tissues (P<0.01), and P16 protein expression level bore a parallel relationship to cell differentiation grade of PPC (P<0.01). P16 protein expression rate was extremely low (P< 0.01) when PPC demonstrated the following features on CT scans: the diameter of tumor over 3cm, deeply-lobulated, spinous process, vanishing of adjacent extr apleural fat line, and mediastinal lymph node enlargement. Conclusion The results indicate that the deletion of P16 protein expression in PPC is linked to the carcinogenesis, progression, differentiation and CT signs.
