【摘要】目的 对拟作种植义齿的患者进行SCT与曲面体层摄影的比较研究,并建立患者牙槽骨萎缩分类的数学模型。 材料与方法 28例患者共37个失牙区进行槽骨CT值模拟骨量的测量,结合临床分类,用逐步回归法分析;其中11例患者共13个失牙区进行SCT与曲面体层摄影检查,用直线相关分析。 结果 SCT与曲面体层摄影检查在失牙区近远中向径、牙槽骨高度测量上,存在显著性差异(P<0.0008、P<0.0002);骨萎缩“最优化”判别方程为g2=-31.2267+0.0644×2,g3=-14.1321+0.0433×2。 结论 SCT扫描为种植义齿术前提供了更全面的影像评价指标,尤其适用于牙槽骨形态特殊的患者。
The Clinical Applications of Spiral CT for Denture Implanting

【Abstract】Objective Spiral CT scanning and pantomography were performed in patients prepared to undergo denture implanting. A comparison between the two examinations was made and a mathematics model of the classification of all alveolar bone atrophy was established. Materials and Methods Thirteen edentulous sites in 11 cases underwent spiral CT and pantomography. Linear correlative analysis was made. CT value modeling bone amount of alveolar bone was measured with stepwise regressive analysis in combination with clinical classification. Results Significant difference in medial-distal distance and height of alveolar bone was existed between the data obtained by spiral CT and by pantomography (P<0.0008 and P<0.0002, respectively). The most optimized equation used to distinguish bone atrophy was: g2=-31.2267+0.0644×2, g3=-14.1321+0.0433×2 . Conclusion Spiral CT can provide a comprehensive imaging information before denture implanting surgery, especially for patients with peculiar bone shape.
