【摘要】目的 探讨应激训练对某些内分泌激素的影响。方法 采用放射免疫方法(RIA)分析不同形式的应激训练前后血清皮质醇和睾酮含量的变化。结果 (1)实弹演练后,血清皮质醇和睾酮水平均显著升高,且都有显著性差异(P<0.01);(2)力量训练后,血清皮质醇水平升高,有显著性差异(P<0.01),睾酮水平显著升高(P<0.05);(3)耐力训练后,皮质醇水平升高,但无显著性差异(P>0.05),睾酮水平显著升高(P<0.05)。结论 实弹演练、力量训练和耐力训练均可使血清皮质醇和睾酮水平升高,但不同形式的应激训练对血清皮质醇和睾酮水平的影响有一定差异。血清皮质醇和睾酮水平变化的适当比例可能是获得最佳训练效果的关键因素之一。
The influence of stress training on the levels of serum cortisol and tetosterone

【Abstract】Objective To study the influence of stress training on the function of some endocrine. Methods Radioimmunoassay(RIA) was used to examine the changes of serum cortisol and tetosterone levels after different forms of motion training. Results (1) The levels of serum cortisol and tetosterone increased after live ammunition manoeuvers. The differences were extremly significantly (P<0.01). (2) Both the levels of serum cortisol and tetosterone increased after strength training. The difference of the former was extremely significant (P<0.01), while the latter was significant (P<0.05). (3) The serum cortisol level increased after endurance training. There was no significant difference (P>0.05). The tetosterone level increased significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion All of the three stress training forms can induce the levels of serum cortisol and tetosterone to increase,but different training form leads to different changes of serum cortisol and tetosterone levels.The appropriate proportion of the serum cortisol and tetosterone levels may be one of the critical factors to gain the best training effect.
