Abstract：Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF)， granulocyte-microphage colony-stimulating factor(GM-CSF)is specific hematopoieticregulating growth factor of granulocyte lineage，granulocyte-monocyte lineage，respectively.G-CSF、GM-CSFcan promote the proliferation，differentiation and mature of its hematopoietic progenitorand enhance the function of mature blood cell.Their gene recombinant human products havebeen widely applied to clinical practice.The effects of G-GSF、GM-CSF in clinicalapplication are as follows(1)reducing malignant tumor chemotherapy-related neutropenia ......
