摘要 ：帕金森病(PD)在病机上以风气内动为其根本，其中肝肾阴虚、气血不足、脾肾阳虚为动风之本，肝风、痰浊、瘀血是动风之标。在本病的选穴处方上，应兼顾主症、证候和兼症三方面，其中头部选穴对本病尤为重要；手法上主张综合多种治疗，电针、艾灸和刺络放血结合使用。临床观察结果发现，针灸对本病具有改善症状、延缓病程、减少抗帕金森病药物用量、减轻药物副作用及增强体质、提高抗病能力等作用。对于针灸的疗效机理，认为主要具有升高脑内单胺类递质水平、清除神经损伤因素和改善病变组织修复环境等效应，因而具有一定的治疗效果。

Acupuncture therapy of Parkinson's disease

Abstract ：Because Parkinson's Disease(PD)is a chronic and debilitatingdisease it is difficult to treat well.Acu_moxi of Traditonal Chinese Medicine(TCM)seemswell to this.This paper includes an extensive literature review summarizing advances inrecent years such as the etiology of the PD,selection of points,individual and combinedtherapies and the effcacy process of acumoxi.Many articles indicated that the essentialetiology of PD is internal wind caused by lack of Qi and blood,and deficiency of Yin ofthe spleen and kidney.In selecting points,this paper takes into account the combination ofthe main symptoms and the differentiation of syndron\mes from accompamied symptoms.of cellthe points used those on the head are considered to be vital in the treatment of thisdisease.This paper advocates using several therapies includingelectricacupuncture,moxibustion,and bloodletting for high- level effect.Using these combined therapies,can result in therelief of symptoms,decreased dosage and side effects of western medicine,a delay in theadvance of the disease,tonifying of the constitution and enhancing resistance of thebody.Animal experiment indicate that acu_moxi can increase monoamino_transmitter,reducelesion factors,and improve the general health of the whole body.This literature reviewshows conclusively that acupuncture treatments can benefit PD suffers to lead a morecomfortable lifestyle.
