摘要 ：高压氧作为一种物理因子，在神经科领域的应用已越来越引起人们的关注。随着高压氧治疗的广泛应用和深入研究，其对帕金森病的有效作用亦已逐渐为人们所认识，陆续有临床与实验研究见诸于文献报道。此文从临床研究、实验研究、机理探讨几个方面，就近年来高压氧在帕金森病应用的国内外研究现状进行了综述。从而认为高压氧对帕金森病不失为一种有效的治疗途径，其临床与实验研究均已提供了有意义的证据，这为帕金森病的治疗展示了又一新的前景。

Hyperbaric oxygenation therapy of Parkinson disease

Abstract ：As a physical factor ,the use of hyperbaricoxygenation (HbO) therapy in the domain of neurological caused more and more ofattention.Following wider appilication and thorough investigation of HBO therapy ,thefavorable influence of HBO on Parkinson disease(PD) is understood gradually,Clinical andexperimental studies have found successive information in the literature.For the sake ofconvenience,the article summarized recenlty study status of use at home and abroad of HBOin PD from respects of clinical studys,experimental study and mechanism inquiry.Thus reachthe conclusion that HBO therapy is an effective measure for PD.The clinical andexperimental studies provided alse valuable evidence.It's revealed a new vista for thetreatment of PD.
