摘要 目的：通过改变NVB的浓度和投药方法，降低其所致静脉炎的发生率和严重度。方法：共4种给药法1.NVB 40mg+NS 50ml静注10分钟计18次；2.NVB 40mg+NS125ml.静滴20分钟计20次；3.NVB40mg+NS 250ml静滴40分钟计20次；4.NVB40mg+NS 125ml静滴20分钟，前后用氢化考的松50mg+NS 250ml静滴计84次。结果：各组静脉炎发生率分别为77.8%、80%、90%和26.2%；其中Ⅲ度静脉炎分别为16.7%、15%、10%和2.4%。结论：第四种方法较前3种方法静脉炎的发生率和严重度明显下降(P<0.01)，也远较国内外报道的36.1%～89.5%低，推荐临床使用。

Clinical Study of Preventing Phlebitis Caused by NVB

Abstract Objective:To assess the efficiency of different modes of administration in preventing NVB induced phlebitis.Methods:Administration of NVB has four modes:A:NVB 40mg+NS 50ml IV.in 10 minutes (18 times);B:NVB 40mg+NS 125ml IV.gtt.in 20 minutes (20 times);C:NVB 40mg +NS 250ml IV.gtt.in 40 minutes (20 times);D:NVB 40mg+NS 125ml IV.gtt.in 20 mi nutes,before and after this,Hydrocortisone adds into NS 250ml and infused (84 times).Results:The rate of phlebitis in group A was 77.8%,group B 80%,group C 90% and group D 26.2%.The rate of grade Ⅲ phlebitis in group A was 16.7%,gro up B 15%,group C10%,group D 2.4% (P<0.01 between A and D,B and D or C and D).Conclusion:The group D gives better response to prevent phlebit is caused by NVB.
