【摘要】 目的 探讨皮质骨针应用于关节内骨折内固定的可能性。方法 将16只新西兰白兔造成双侧股骨远端关节内骨折模型,分别应用皮质骨针和克氏针内固定,术后2、5、8、12周分别处死4只,双侧骨折处进行肉眼、X线片和组织学对比观察。结果 2周时,两侧无明显差异。5周后,骨针组比克氏针组骨痂丰富,成骨细胞更为活跃。12周时,骨针影模糊。结论 皮质骨针用于关节内骨折,初期发挥固定作用,后期被爬行替代,有利于骨折愈合后骨重建。皮质骨针与克氏针一样能满足关节内骨折内固定要求。
