依那普利、福辛普利对自发性高血压大鼠心肌超微结构逆转的实验研究

摘 要:目的: 观察血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂enalapril和fosinopril对SHR心肌超微结构的逆转作用。方法: 将10月龄18只SHR随机分为Enalapril(SHRE )、Fosinopril(SHRF ) 和生理盐水(SHRc) 三组,给药剂量为10 mg/kg/d腹腔内注射8周。测定血压、心室重量指数,电镜观察心肌超微结构改变。结果: 两药物组心室肥厚均不同程度消退,部分逆转心肌超微结构改变,而且Fosinopril降低LVW/BW比Enalapril更好(P<0.05)。结论: 福辛普利和依那普利不同程度改善心肌细胞超微结构损害。

Reversal of Cardiomuscular Ultrastructural Lesions by Enalapril or F osinopril in Spontaneous Hypertensive Rats

ABSTRACT :
Aim : Thestudy was to observe the effects of angiotensin con verting enzyme inhibitor enalapril and fosinopril on reversal ofcardiomuscular ultrastructure in spontaneous hypertensive rats.Methods: 18SHRs were divided into three groups at random. Enalapril or Fosinopril or saline (10mg/kg/d) was injected intraperitoneally into each group rat. Systolic blood pressure andventricular weight index (LVW/BW,RVW/BW) were measured. cardiomuscular ultrastru cturalwas observed with electron-microscope.Results: The effects of enalapriland fosinopril were similar in decreasing SBP,RVW/BW. Decreased LVW/BW in fosinopril wasmore significantly than that by enalapril. Both drugs can par tly reverse thecardiomuscular ultrastructure lesions.Conclusion: Enalapril and fosinoprillead to reverse the cardiomuscular ultrastructure at varying degrees.......
