【摘要】 目的 探讨全膝关节置换术后进行早期功能康复的方法和时机。方法 23例(34膝)骨水泥全膝关节置换术后患者按照预定的康复计划进行早期功能锻炼。术后6h内即开始进行膝关节CPM锻炼，24 h下地站立。术后引流血予以回输。结果 术后2周平均关节活动度达90°，HSS评分平均71分。3例出现切口局部皮缘灶性坏死延期愈合，无其它并发症。结论 术后早期功能锻炼安全可行，可使关节功能早期恢复，并可有效预防并发症。

Early functionalrehabilitation after total knee arthroplasty

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the methods and time of rehabilitationafter total knee arthroplasty(TKA). Methods 34 TKA surgeries were performed in 23 patients. Allpatients were enrolled into a predetermined program of physical therapy. Continuouspassive motion of the knee was performed within 6 hours after operation. The autologousshed blood was collected and reinfused. Results After 2 weeks of operation, the average ROM was 90degrees, and the average HSS score was 71. Necrosis was found on the skin of incision in 3patients and no other clinical abnormalities were discovered. Conclusion Early rehabilitation is safe andcan obtain an earlier recovery of joint function and prevent complications after TKA.
