摘要 目的:观察高聚生联合化疗药物胸腔内灌注对 恶性胸水的疗效。方法:采用胸腔穿刺、置入长套 管针灌注高聚生及顺铂与单用顺铂疗效对照。结果 :高聚生+顺铂组40例,有效率82.5%;化疗组顺铂36例 ,有效率47.2%(P<0.05)。结论:经长套管针置入灌注 生物制剂+化疗药物,疗效明显优于胸腔内单纯灌 注化疗药物,因此生物制剂高聚生经长套管针置入 胸腔内灌注不失为治疗恶性胸水的有效方法之一。
Clinical Observation on Malignant Pleural Effusion Treated by Intrapleural Catheterization and Infusion of Highly Agglutinative Staphylococcin (A Report of 40 Cases)

Abstract Purpose: To evaluate the therapeutic effects of infusing highly agglutinative staphylococcin (HAS) and combined- chemotherapeutic drugs into pleural cavity for treatment of malignant pleural effusion. Methods: At first the peural effusion was drained out from a intrapleural catheter and then infused the highly agglutinative staohylococcin plus cisplatin, and the control group was infused cisplatin alone, and their therapeutic effects were compared in a randomized trial. Results: The response rate of 40 cases of HAS group was 82.8% , whereas the response rate of the 36 cases of control group was 47.2% (P<0.05). Conclusion: The results showed that the effect of HAS is superior to that of the cisplatin alone and it may be one of the effective ways to control malignant pleural effusion.
