摘要 目的：探讨转化生长因子β₁ (TGF-β₁ )与原发性肝癌(PHC)发生发展的关系。方法：采用TGF-β₁ 多克隆抗体对29例人原发性肝癌组织进行ABC免疫组化标记，并做半定量分析。结果：在25例肝细胞肝癌中TGF-β₁ 表达显著高于正常肝组织及癌旁组织。高危转移组患者其表达明显高于低危转移组。TGF-β₁ 表达与肝细胞损伤血清学指标GPT及γ-GT有相关关系。结论：TGF-β₁ 与肝细胞肝癌的发生发展密切相关，TGF-β₁ 水平增高可增加肝细胞肝癌的转移危险性。

Expression of Transforming Growth Factor-β ₁ in Primary Hepatocarcinoma

Abstract Objective : To study the relationship between TGF -β₁ and the genesis and development of primary hepatocarcinoma(PHC). Methods :ABC immunohistochemical staining with a polyclonal antibody against TGF- β₁ was used in 29 cases of PHC. Results : In 25 cases of human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) ,the expression of TGF- β₁ increased remarkably. The level of TGF-β₁ was much higher in the patients with high risk of metastasis. The expression of TGF-β₁ showed a significant correlation with serum GPT and Y- GT. Conclusion : TGF- β₁ is closely related with the genesis and development of HCC. The higher level of TGF- β₁ probably can increase the risk of tumor metastasis.
