摘要 目的：探讨羟基喜树硷(HCPT)联合化疗治疗晚期食管癌的可行性。方法：HCPT20mg第1～5天静滴，5-FU 750mg第1～5天静滴，DDP 20mg第1～5天静滴，21～28天重复为一周期，完成两周期后总结疗效。结果：联合化疗13例，PR7例，有效率54%。毒副作用主要表现为消化系统。血液系统和脱发，不良反应可耐受、逆转。结论：对已用常规手段治疗失败，耐药的晚期食管癌患者，选择该方案化疗仍可获得较高的缓解率。

Clinical Experience of HCPT Combined with 5-Fu and PDD in Treating Patients with Advanced Esophageal Cancer (A Report of 13 Cases)

Abstract Objective:To observe the feasibility and results in trea tment of advanced esophageal cancer with HCPT related combination.Methods:HCPT 20mg/d,d1-5 iv gtt;5-Fu 750mg/d,d1-5 iv gtt;PDD 20mg/d d1-5 iv gtt.,and all the patients were given two cycles of treatment.Results:It showed that 7 patients had PR.The total response rate was 54%.The main side effects included myelosuppression and mild gastrointestinal reaction and alopecia.Conclusion:The HCPT-related combination is feasible in treatment of patients with advanced esophageal cancer especially after the failure of using other drugs.
