摘要 对98例尿道下裂进行各种方法的处理，其中2例家族性尿道下裂行激素女性化治疗，1例真两性畸形行男性尿道成形术，5例作其他处理外，其余90例分别行皮条法40例、皮管法39例、膀胱粘膜法11例尿道成形术。随访3个月～8年，对三种术式进行分析对比(P<0.05)，认为从术后并发症、成功率等方面看，以分期皮条埋藏法尿道成形术效果较好。

98 patients with hypospadia werereceiveded various therapies, of which 2 familial hypospadia were given hormonegynecogenic treatment, and 1 true hermaphphroditism was given male urethroplasty, and 5were treated with other method, as for the rest 90 cases, 40 of which undergone skin flapmethod, 39 of which undergone skin tube method, and 11 of which undergone bladder mucosalmethod. The follow up of 3 months to 8 years and analyzing these three kinds of operations(P<0.05) showed that a time implanted urethroplasty of hypospadias of skin flap hadgood efficacy in view of post-operative complication and the rate of success.
