摘要 为阐明盆丛自主神经对泌尿系、生殖系功能的影响，提高直肠癌病人根治术后的生存质量，本组选择性地予21例A～B₁ 期直肠癌病人行全保留自主神经的根治切除研究。结果表明：全保留盆腔自主神经的男女直肠癌病人术后泌尿功能障碍发生率均低于对照组；男性病人性功能障碍发生率低于对照组，女性阴道润湿、性高潮保持率优于对照组，女性性欲、性活动则无明显差异。

Clinical study on preservingautonomic nerve in the rectal carcinoma radical operation

In order to explain the effect ofautonomic nerve in pelvic plexus on the urinary and reproductive system function, and toimprove the survival quality of the patients after radical operation, studies onpreserving whole autonomic nerve in radical operation for 21 patients with rectalcarcinoma in A～B₁ stage have been done. Results showed that the incidencerate of urinary disorder from the preserving group were lower than that from the controlgroup; the incidence rate of male sexual disorder was lower than that from the controlgroup; the retention rate of female vaginal moist and orgasm were superior to the controlgroup; the differences of the female sexuality and sexual life were not significant.
