摘要 以肌肉等张收缩形式研究红霉素对豚鼠离体回肠的收缩作用。10-6 mol的红霉素增加回肠收缩，这种作用不被阿托品、酚妥拉明或心得安所阻断，但异搏定、尼莫地平及硝普钠可拮抗其作用。表明红霉素具有直接作用于肠道平滑肌引起收缩效应。
The excitatory action oferythromycin on isolated ileum of guinea pigs

The action of erythromycin (EM) on thecontractions of isolated ileums of guinea pigs was studied by measuring the rate andamplitude of smooth muscle contraction to 10-6 mol EM with or withoutantagonists (10-6 mol). The results showed that EM could significantly evokecontractions of ileal segments. Atropine, phentolamine and propranolol did not inhibit theexcitatory action of EM, although verapmil, nimodipine and sodium nitroprussidesignificantly suppressed the EM-induced contractions. It might be concluded that EM couldproduce ileal contractions by its direct action on smooth muscles.
