摘要 分析口服尼尔雌醇(CEE₃ )治疗更年期综合征62例，以探讨控制更年期症状的CEE₃ 的最低有效剂量及规范用药方案。不规范治疗组24例单用CEE₃ ，规范治疗组38例雌孕激素联用。结果两组有效率达100%，但规范治疗组副作用小，无停药者。疗程1～7年52例，其中46例有子宫者无一例子宫内膜癌。CEE₃ 0.5mg/w为控制更年期症状的最低有效剂量，定期加用孕激素，疗效可靠又安全。

Nylestriol (CEE₃ ) for the treatmentof climacteric syndrome from 62 patients had been retrospectively analyzed for the purposeof studying the minimal effective dose of CEE₃ to suppress the climactericsyndrome and the standard regimen. All the patients were divided into two groups:non-standard therapeutic group (24 cases) treated with CEE₃ only, and CEE₃ combined with progestogens were given to the standard therapeutic group (38 cases).Results showed that the overall effective rates in the two groups were 100 percent, whilefewer side effects in the standardized group and no drugs were discarded. The therapycourses for 52 cases were from one to seven years, 46 of which with uteri didnot getendomentrial cancer. It could be concluded that CEE₃ 0.5mg/w was the minimaleffective dose to suppress climacteric syndrome and CEE₃ plus progestogenswould make efficacy reliable and safe.
