摘要： 对32例接受治疗性经内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)患者资料进行回顾性分析。其中胆道引流16例，经内镜乳头肌切开15例(合并取石10例)，取蛔虫1例。全部胆总管结石清除。患者临床情况改善，无严重并发症。认为治疗性ERCP对胆胰疾病的治疗是一种有效的手段。

Therapeutic ERCP for Cholangio-pancreatic Diseases:

Report of 32 Cases

Abstract : The authors undertook a retrospective study tothe data of 32 cases of therapeutic ERCP. Of these cases, 16 were biliary drainage; 15were endoscopic sphincterotomy ( 10 of them received lithous extraction ), 1 was ascarisextraction. All choledochelith were cleared up. Satisfactory treatment was achieved withno severe complication. It is suggested that therapeutis ERCP is an effective method forcholangio-pancreatic diseases.
