肾切除原因及防治探讨

摘要：为了解肾切除原因，回顾分析过去10年所行的肾切除42例。结果发现切除肾脏的原因主要是肾结核14例，肾脏肿瘤10例，肾及输尿管结石9例，肾盂输尿管交界处狭窄(UPJO)3例，其他6例。对病因进行分析讨论，探讨尽可能避免肾切除的防治措施。

Nephrectomy: causes andpreventive means

Abstract： In order to investigate the causes of nephrectomy, 42nephrectomized patients in our hospital in the past 10 years were retrospectivelyanalyzed. Results showed that it mainly due to renal tuberculosis (14 cases), kidneytumors (10 cases), calculus of kidney and the ureter (9 cases), stricture of ureteropelvicjunction (3 casesa), six cases induced by the other. It was also discussed that thepreventive means to avoid nephrectomy.
