摘要 通过对78例与颈椎病相关的冠心病心律失常资料的分析，结果表明：本病多见于中老年人，受累部位多见于中下段颈椎。颈椎病诊断要求临床症状、颈椎触诊、颈椎X线照片三者结合。治疗以手法治疗、颈部封闭、外用活血祛瘀止痛中草药为主。
The arrhythmia ofcoronary heart disease correlated with cervical vertebrae

78 patients with arrhythma of coronaryheart disesae correlated with cervical vertebrae were retrospectively analysed in thisstudy. Results indicated that this disease uaually invaded the middle and low segments ofthe cervical vertebrae in most middle-aged people. The diagnose of cervical vertebraedisease required the combination of clinical symptom, contact diagnose of the cervicalvertebrae and X-ray photographs. The main therapies of it were manuel treatment cervialpart blockade and chinese herbal drugs for promoting blood circulationto stop pain.
