摘要： 为探索阴道成形术的理想方法，对18例无阴道患者进行羊膜移植阴道成形术和阴股沟皮瓣阴道成形术，并进行术后随访分析，结果显示手术全部成功，效果满意。认为阴股沟皮瓣阴道成形术创伤小,操作简单,供区隐蔽,能保持外阴的正常形态，再造阴道具有感觉，以及有足够的深度和宽度，术式已趋成熟，易于推广，是一种较为理想的阴道成形术。

Comparing Vagina Reconstruction Using Pudendal-thigh Skin Flap and Amnion Transplanting

Abstract : To study an ideal method for vaginareconstruction, colpoplasty with amnion transplanting or pudendal-thigh skin flap wereperformed on 18 women without vagina sick. The follow-up survey and analyses were made.The result showed that all operations were successful. It is believed that thereconstructed vagina using pudendal-thigh skin flap has good sensation and stable inmaintaining its dimensions; The linear scars of the donor site are hidden andinconspicuous; the appearance of the perineum looks well; the procedure is simple andfavors its application.
