摘要将119例慢性肺心病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。对照组58例用常规治疗；治疗组61例在常规治疗的基础上加前列腺素E₁(PGE₁)治疗。结果治疗组总有效率90.16%，对照组为70.69%，P<0.05。提示：PGE₁对慢性肺心病的治疗是有效的。

119 patients with pulmonary heart disease wererandomly divided into therapeutic group and control group. The control group (58 cases)were traditionally treated and the therapeutic group (61 cases) were treated withprostaglandin E₁ (PGE₁) based on the traditional therapy. It showedthat the total effective rate in the therapeutic group was 90.16 percent, and the contrlwas 70.69 percent, P<0.05. It was concluded that PGES₁ can be recommended totreat pulmonary heart disease.
