摘要 为观察血栓通和生脉注射液(简称生脉液)治疗老年冠心病的临床疗效，将50例老年冠心病心绞痛患者，随机分为血栓通与生脉液静脉点滴作治疗组，一般治疗为对照组，进行对比观察。结果显示：血栓通与生脉液治疗组，心绞痛症状改善有效率为90%，静息心电图改善有效率为86%。心肌耗氧量显著下降。与对照组比较P<0.05，疗效明显优于一般治疗组，且无毒副作用，尤其适合老年冠心病患者。

Clinical results of chinese herbaldrugs: XUE SHUAN TONG and SHENG MAI ZHU SHE YIE were evaluated for the treatment ofcoronary heart disease from the aged. 50 aged patients with coronary heart disease wererandomly given treatment with XUE SHUAN TONG, SHENG MAI ZHU SHE YIE (the therapeutic group) and traditional regimen group (the control group). The comparison of the two groupsshowed that symptom relief of angina pectoris in therapeutic group was 90%, the effectiverate of rest ECG improvement was 86%, and oxygen consumption of myocardium decreasedsignificantly, there was statistically different, P<0.05. The combined treatment hasgood results and no side-effect and is eligible for aged patients with coronary heartdisease.
