摘要 目的: 探讨异盘并殖吸虫尾蚴体被的超微结构,为并殖吸虫分类提供资料。方法: 从实验感染的武鸣拟钉螺体内检获成熟尾蚴,用常规方法处理后送入扫描电镜中观察。结果: 体部布满长棘和短棘,前者分布于口吸盘后方、腹吸盘周围及其后方,后者分布于包括吸盘在内的几乎所有区域,有的与长棘混生。具纤毛型乳突和半球型乳突,前者见于口吸盘上及其周围、口腹吸盘之间两侧、倒三角形凹陷两侧体壁及体背部,后者见于口吸盘上、口孔壁及腹吸盘周缘。尾部腹面可见纤毛型乳突三个,尾端具长棘40条以上。结论: 异盘并殖吸虫尾蚴的体棘、乳突在形状、大小、数目、分布等与其他并殖吸虫存在差异。

SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPIC OBSERVATIONS OF THE BODY

    SURFACE OF PARAGONIMUS HETEROTREMUS CERCARIAE

Abstract Objective :The ultrastructuresof the body surface of Paragonimus heterotremus cercariae were studied by scanningelectron microscopy in order to obtain some informations of taxonomic significance.Methods :Thecercariae used in the study were got from the experimently infected snails (Triculawumingensis).Results: The body surface of the cercariae were covered withtwo types of spines,long and short.The long spines were observed at the posterior regionsof oral and ventral suckers and the surrounding of ventral sucker.The shortspines,sometimes mixed with the long ones,were seen almost over the whole bodysurface.There were two types of papillae,ciliated and domed.The ciliated were seen on andaround the oral sucker,at lateral regions between the oral and ventral suckers on twosides of the inverted triangular depression and the dorsal surface.The domed ones weresituated on the oral sucker,the oral hole wall and the surrounding of ventral sucker.Thetail of the cercariae had three ciliated papillae on its ventral surface,and over fortylong spines on its tip.Conclusion:The paper first reports results of scanning electronmicroscopic observation on P.heterotremus cercariae.The spines and papillae found on itsbody surface were different from those of other species of paragonimus inshape,size,number and distribution.
