摘要 运用多因素逐步回归分析法，对68例儿童肾病综合征激素诱导缓解的影响因素进行分析。结果显示血总胆固醇、年龄、外周血血小板数和白细胞数是影响NS缓解的主要因素，提示在激素治疗的基础上给予抗凝、降脂治疗及积极控制感染有利于促进NS缓解。

Affecting factors of hormone induced remission innephrotic syndrome in 68 children were analyzed with multifactorial stepwise regressionanalysis. Results showed that total cholesterol in blood, age, platelet count inperipheral blood and white cell count are the major factors affecting NS. It is suggestedthat anticoagulant and antilipemic therapy and active control of infection on the basis ofhormone therapy are helpful to promote NS remission.
