摘要 目的： 探讨米非司酮在异位妊娠保守治疗中的作用。方法： 对16例未破裂输卵管妊娠患者分别口服米非司酮50 mg,每天2次，共6次。分别于服药前后隔天测定血β-hCG观察。结果： 有14例患者单纯服米非司酮后保守治疗有效，有效率87.5%。血β-hCG下降到正常所需时间为5～11 d。盆腔肿块消失时间为0.3～1.5个月。结论： 口服米非司酮可用于异位妊娠的保守治疗。

Mifepristone for conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy

Abstract Objective: To explore the efficacy of mifepristone for conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods: Sixteen patients of unruptured salpingocyesis were treated with mifepristone(50 mg) twice a day for 3 days.And their serum β-hCG were detected before and every other day after administration.Results: Fourteen cases(87.5%) were successfully treated.The serum β-hCG returned to normal in 5 to 11 days and the pelvic mass disappeared in 0.3 to 1.5 months.Conclusions: Oral mifepriston is useful for ectopic pregnancy.
