摘要 目的: 探讨髁突横断骨折对幼年小型猪下颌骨骨密度及对抗压强度的影响。方法: 中国实验用小型猪12头,造成左侧髁突横断骨折模型,在术后6月应用双能X线骨密度仪及生物力学方法检测下颌骨。结果: 髁突横断骨折后引起下颌骨骨密度及生物力学性能轻度下降,但与健侧比较无明显差异。结论: 幼年小型猪髁突横断骨折对下颌骨骨矿含量影响不大。
BONE DENSITY ANDBIOMECHANICAL CHANGES OF MANDIBLE
AFTER TRANSVERSE FRACTURE OF MANDIBULAR CONDYLE
IN CHILDHOOD MINIATURE PIG

Abstract Objective: To evaluate the effect of mandible in the childhood miniature pigmodel of transverse fracture of mandibular condyle.Methods : We used 12 childhood miniature pigs for development of transversefracture of mandibular condyle as the model.The bone density and biomechanical changes ofmandible were observed in the model by using dual-energy X-ray bone densitometer andbiological mechanics six months after operation.Results : After transverse fracture of mandibular condyle,mandible bonedensity and mechanical function were reduced,but there was not apparent difference onopposite side comparison.Conclusion : Sixmonths after the childhood miniature pig transverse fracture of mandibular condyle,thereare little bone density and biomechanical changes in mandible.
