摘要 目的： 探讨CT对鼻咽部纤维血管瘤的诊断价值。方法： 复习15例经手术病理证实的鼻咽部纤维血管瘤的CT资料。结果： CT清晰显示肿瘤大小、形态、位置及侵及范围。CT表现包括：①鼻咽部均匀稍高密度软组织肿块，有明显均匀强化、肿块侵及鼻腔(14例)、上颌窦(8例)、蝶窦(7例)、筛窦(9例)、眼眶(4例)、翼腭窝(9例)、颞下窝(10例)；②周围骨质广泛破坏10例；③直接颅内侵犯6例。结论： 鼻咽部纤维血管瘤CT表现有一定特异性，CT是检查该病的最佳影像学方法，对术前诊断、手术方案的制定及术后随诊判断有无复发有重要作用。
CT DIAGNOSIS OF NASOPHARYNGEAL ANGIOFIBROMA

Abstract objective: To evaluate the role of CT in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal angiofibroma.Methods: The CT findings of 15 cases of nasopharyngeal angiofibroma pathologically proven were analyzed retrospectively.Results: CT clearly displayed the size,morphology,location and invasion of the masses.CT findings included:①Homogeneous soft mass with markedly homogeneously enhanced.The masses invaded into nasal cavity in 14 cases,maxillary sinus in eight cases,sphenoid sinus in seven cases,ethmoid sinus in nine cases,orbit in four cases,pterygopalatine fossa in nine cases and infratemporal fossa in ten cases.②Wide spread bone destruction in ten cases.③Directly intracranial invasion in six cases.Conclusion: CT findings of nasopharyngeal angiofibroma are specfic.CT imaging can be used in the preoperative evaluation of nasopharyngeal angiofibroma,drawing up the plan of surgical therapy and postoperative recurrence.
