摘要 目的：探讨氦氖(He-Ne)激光在未破裂型输卵管妊娠保守治疗中临床应用的价值。方法：观察氨甲喋呤(MTX)辅以He-Ne激光治疗未破裂型输卵管妊娠(治疗组)与单用MTX治疗未破裂型输卵管妊娠(对照组)的输卵管妊娠肿块消失时间，及两组无子女患者在半年内子宫内妊娠情况。结果：输卵管妊娠肿块消失时间，治疗组显著短于对照组(P<0.01)。两组无子女患者在半年内子宫内妊娠情况治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组有2例半年内发生重复性宫外孕而治疗组无1例。结论：He-Ne激光有利于未破裂型输卵管妊娠保守治疗的输卵管功能恢复，减少重复性宫外孕的发生。

Analysis of He-Ne laser in treatment of unruptured tubal pregnancy

Abstract Objective :To study clinical application of He-Ne laser in treatment of unruptured tubal pregnancy.Methods: Compare the duration necessary for the vanishing of fetal mass in unruptured tubal pregnancy between patients treated with methotrexate(MTX) alone and in combination with He-Ne laser and the pregnancy rate of non-child patients in half year in two groups.Results: Time for vanishing of fetal mass in treated group is distinctly shorter than that in control group(P< 0.01).Pregnancy rate in treated group is higher than that in control group within 1/2 year(P< 0.05).Repeated ectopic pregnancy appeared in 2 patients with 1/2 year in control group;but none in treated group.Conclusions: Treatment of unruptured tubal pregnany with MTX in combination with He-Ne laser is beneficial for recovery of the function of fallopian tube and to reduce recurrence of tubal pregnancy.
